The Turkish drama/series became very popular in Pakistan after it came over internet in urdu dubbing especially when it aired on PTV Home television Channel. People instantly fell in love with the show as well as the cast. The character of Ertugrul himself and Halime Sultan became the heart favorite of every Pakistani.
