More Power To Karachi Girls! “Tharki” Uncle Now Exposed

There is one specific specie of human that appears in all shapes and is present in every era, well-known as “Tharkis” in the society. The “Badnaam Tharkris” exist everywhere whether its a city or a town. Thus, every locality is bound to have one or more tharki in their area.

So the question that arises here is, who are these “Tharkis”? In Pakistani language it is an Urdu jargon for the men who are always desperately drooling over the women. They cannot even control their lustful gazes and actions when they see a girl whether she is married or aged.

One point at which we all agree is that these creepy creatures are despised in our community and workplace. There ever-lasting lustful gazes are too much to handle that some brave Pakistani girls have “exposed” one of these beasts.

Recently, 2 girls shared their story on their Facebook post that how they were being stalked by a tharki man for the past 4-5 days in a park.

In their words “This man was following us continuously for the past four to five days during our visit to the park. At first, he greeted as with salaam even though we didnot respond him”, commented by the girls in their post.

In addition, “Yesterday that man asked for our mobile numbers while surpassing our path”

This is indeed is an unbelievable event that a random male expects a girl to be willing to befriend him even after such disturbing encounters. Now we known why women need their own space where they can roam around freely.

Now going back to that tharki, the 2 girls added , “Today that tharki came in the park and stayed there till we walked, but then he left and awaited outside of the park to meet us”

They stated on Facebook, ” As we were about to leave, he immediately came towards us and a gave his mobile no. Such insolence!”

This disturbing encounter took place in Bibi Amna Park located in Karachi. This man daily follows the girls around 6 a.m. onwards as this is their time for walk. They further shared that man threw the small piece of paper on them with his written mobile number. They were forced to pick up that paper form the creep because now he needed to be taught a serious lesson once and for all.

These ladies exposed this man on Facebook followed by some pictures, audios and of course, his number. Many other people also shared their encounters regarding this tharki and gave away his personal info like his identity and location. Comically, somebody even prank called him on his mobile to tease him.
